Return & Refund Policy

At Breakfast club, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent return and replacement experience.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective, or

  • The wrong item has been delivered

Return or replacement requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Visit: https://breakfastclub.co.in/orders

  2. Enter your Order ID (shared via Email and WhatsApp)

  3. Verify your phone number using WhatsApp OTP

  4. Select the order you want to return or replace

  5. Choose Return or Replace


3. Return Process (Refund)

If you select Return:

  1. Upload product images and provide:

    • Issue details

    • Phone number

    • Pickup address

  2. Our support team will contact you via WhatsApp or Phone within 48 hours

  3. You will receive updates via Email and WhatsApp

  4. Once approved:

    • A delivery agent will visit your address for pickup and product inspection

    • You may need to share an OTP to confirm the return

    • After successful verification, your refund will be processed

Refund Method:

  • Online Payments → Refunded to original payment method

  • COD Orders → Refunded via bank transfer or other agreed method

Refunds are processed after successful pickup and verification.


4. Replacement Process

If you select Replace:

  1. Upload product images and provide:

    • Issue details

    • Phone number

  2. Choose the same or a different product

Price Adjustment:

  • If the new product is lower in price, the remaining amount will be refunded

  • If the new product is higher in price, you must pay the difference via online payment

  1. You will receive updates via Email and WhatsApp

  2. Once approved:

    • A delivery agent will visit your address

    • Product will be inspected at pickup

    • Replacement product will be handed over

    • You may need to share an OTP to confirm the replacement

    • Any applicable refund will be processed after successful verification


5. Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

  • Valid proof (images/videos) must be provided during request

We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet these conditions.


6. Return Shipping

  • Return and replacement shipping costs are fully covered by us


7. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Used or customer-damaged products

  • Requests raised after 3 days of delivery

  • Items missing original packaging


8. Updates & Communication

All return and replacement updates will be shared via:

  • WhatsApp

  • Email
